Deposit Requirements
All website development projects require a deposit to secure project timelines and reserve development resources. Deposit amounts vary by project scope and will be clearly communicated during the proposal process.
Project Activation and Client Responsibilities
Upon receipt of deposit, clients have *90 days* to provide all necessary project materials, including but not limited to:
* Written content and copy
* Images, logos, and media files
* Project specifications and requirements
* Timely responses to project-related communications
Inactive Project Policy
Projects are considered “inactive” when:
* No content or materials have been submitted by the client for *90 consecutive days*
* Client fails to respond to project communications for *90 consecutive days*
* Client does not participate in scheduled project meetings or calls
Deposit Forfeiture
*After 6 months of project inactivity*, deposits become non-refundable and are considered forfeited. This policy compensates for:
* Reserved development time and resources
* Administrative and project management costs
* Opportunity costs from declined projects
* Storage and maintenance of project files
